When I thought I would be in Belgium, the first that I imagined waffle and chocolate.
But after, I know that Belgium is not about these, but more. It can be called the capital of European Union, as almost all important EU institutions are established here. Sure enough, when I was in Belgium, I saw a lot of EU institutional buildings. Starting from Countries representative, Education General Directorate, EACEA , until European Parliament and European Commission.
My lifetime experience here was having meeting and discussion with the President European Union Parliament, Mr.Antonio Tajani. It was a surprised for me and a big honor.
I really got extraordinary experiences through this event. I learnt many new skills and new sight. The European Union system really open my eyes into wider world. Trough the visits and discussions, I learnt the importance of youth participation in policy making and lobbying. Moreover, I learnt non-technical skill matters such as the culture, principle, life atmosphere in Europe.
At the last, I hope that could really replicate such this amazing Erasmus programs. So it will be massive beneficial for ASEAN future.
