Final Evaluation Meeting
Once the project is concluded, a final evaluation is organized in Italy to evaluate the overall project cycle, sum up conclusions and extract the best practices learned from the experience.

The multiplier events

Hubs of Directions
Real front offices in Boracay (The Philippines) and Semarang (Indonesia), inspired by the European Eurodesks Local info points to raise awareness about the importance of mobility projects by organizing specific events, giving information and assistance to find opportunities of learning, working, organizing projects abroad. The Hubs of direction will work for the whole project.

Platform for EUROSEAN NGOs
The platform is a database of associations from European and ASEAN countries interested in cooperating, with possibility of uploads by the users and updatable with opportunity and projects run by organizations in the field of youth or which offers opportunities to young people in the field of training, volunteering and active participation

The mobility activities

Creation of the Focus Group “Youth Learning Mobility”
The mission of collecting data, and preparation of learning materials, is assigned to a focus group called “Youth learning mobility”. It works throughout the whole project to discuss, research and create a working paper for a youth mobility program between EU and ASEAN.
Promotional events
A series of event realized in all the partners' country to present the project and its instruments, it serves to maximize the visibility of the project and keep the locals informed and aware of what it is going on in the Community.
